My career has evolved from senior commercial and marketing leadership into helping organisations turn technology, AI and business change into practical, measurable outcomes. I have led initiatives across Australia and international markets, including APAC and the United States, with experience spanning enterprise technology, EdTech, SaaS, AI solutions, go-to-market strategy, professional services and organisational transformation.

More recently, my work has focused on AI transformation and professional services, including building delivery frameworks, shaping consultative sales approaches, improving sales-to-delivery alignment, designing AI implementation pathways, and helping organisations move from product-led thinking to solution-led value creation.

I hold an MBA (MGSM) and bring a practical, cross-functional perspective to transformation. I am particularly interested in the intersection of AI, people, process, systems, governance and change adoption. I believe AI transformation does not succeed because an organisation implements a new tool. It succeeds when the right opportunity is identified, the right process is designed, stakeholders are engaged, and the change is embedded into how work actually gets done.
